Temple Shalom's Mitzvah Corps is one of the many important ways in which we, as a congregation, work to "be there" for one another. Bikur Cholim, visiting and caring for those who are ill or in need, is one of the core commandments (mitzvot) of Jewish life.
Do you or someone you know in our Temple Shalom Community need help? Contact the Temple office (301-587-CARE) or e-mail our Mitzvah Corps chair.

The Mitzvah Corps is looking for people willing to make or deliver meals to congregants in needs, help with shivah services, write notes to congregants or help organize other Mitzvah Corps activities.
