Rabbi Joshua Gischner Joins Temple Shalom as Member of Clergy and Director of Religious School
Temple Shalom is pleased to announce that Rabbi Joshua Gischner has been hired as the new rabbi educator of Temple Shalom in Chevy Chase, Maryland. Rabbi Gischner started his new position on July 1, 2021.
“We are excited to have Rabbi Gischner serve as our newest rabbi educator,” said Temple Shalom President Jeff Steger. “Rabbi Gischner’s scholarship, working with children, and his focus on inclusiveness and social-emotional learning make him a natural fit for Temple Shalom. We are thrilled that Rabbi Gischner has joined our Clergy team and we welcome his leadership of our religious school for years to come.”
