Support the Girls - A Charity for Women and Teens

Temple Shalom Sisterhood is hosting a bra drive for the “Support the Girls” initiative, recently reported by The Washington Post. We’re collecting new and used bras, including sports, nursing, maternity, training and everyday bras, as well as new sealed packages of tampons and feminine hygiene products, a very expensive necessity, to donate to homeless women and teenage girls locally and nationwide.

Donations can be dropped off at the marked box at the Religious School entrance. Due to the sensitive nature of the donations, please wrap your donation in a plastic or paper bag before dropping in the donation box by Dec. 7th.
