Yom HaShoah v'haG'vurah (Holocaust Martyrs and Heroes Remembrance Day)

Yom HaShoah v’haG’vurah

(Holocaust Martyrs and Heroes Remembrance Day)

Service and Program

This year for Yom HaShoah v’haG’vurah services we need your help in creating an exhibit to tell the stories of our members and our friends and family of members who lived through or perished in the Holocaust.

Do you have a picture, painting, family heirloom, or other artifact that you can bring in and share a story about? If so, we encourage you to be a part of our evening’s museum program.

We invite the entire congregation (and friends and family) to join us on Wednesday, May 1 at 6:30 pm to remember those who perished in the Holocaust, to recognize those who survived, and to honor those who risked their lives to save others.

Please email Rabbi Ackerman or Cantorial Soloist Meyer for details.
