OUR FIRST KEHILLAT SHALOM ADULT LEARNING OF THE YEAR WILL BE HELD DURING RELIGIOUS SCHOOL ON SUNDAY, OCTOBER 15.
We encourage all parents/guardians to attend. A separate email with more information will go out in the next several days, but please join us for a series of learning opportunities for learners of all ages about what Judaism says about birth, baby namings, brit milah (ritual circumcision), and how to pick yours or your child's Hebrew name if you have not done so already.
One of our congregants, Laura Gehl, is looking to organize a Red Cross blood drive at Temple Shalom (tentatively for January 7). We need at least 50 volunteers to hold the drive. If you would be willing to donate, please email Laura at firstname.lastname@example.org your name and phone number to let her know you are interested.
If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, please don't hesitate reaching out.
Chag Sameach (Happy Sukkot!),
