Temple Shalom is a Reform Jewish community of 400 families who celebrate the diversity of modern Judaism in the Washington DC area by welcoming members as part of one congregational family, accepting us as we are, and encouraging our personal growth through programs and activities. Temple Shalom places Torah at the center, where serious learning is for everyone, where prayer and music is meaningful, participatory, and powerful, and where people feel a strong sense of belonging.
Religious Action Center
We strongly support the Religious Action Center of Reform Judaism. It has been the hub of Jewish social justice and legislative activity in the nation's capital for over 40 years.
The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington
The Jewish Federation of Greater Washington has been the voice of the Jewish community in and around the nation's capital since 1925. Their programs serve 110,000 households and 270,000 people throughout the Northern Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia areas.
